Since 2020, under the influence of Covid-19, a lot of customers are not allowed to visit our F-Lab. (analysis, research and collaborative creation facility) for witness testing due to stay-at-home request.To overcome this situation, we have launched a remote witness testing at our F-lab.We share the video with the customer using online conference software (Teams, Zoom, etc.), so we can provide this service to customers outside Japan as well.
