MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY

We have decided that planning, development and sales of various kinds of chemical products relating to the print circuit board assembly are our main duties. We aim at the company to contribute to the society by contributing to development both of customers and of industrial technologies through engineering service activities of valuable chemical products and furthermore aim at the management that development both of our company and our employees link to.

In April 2025, we became an operating company under SANYU REC CO.,LTD. Our company motto, "Sincerity can move heaven," passed down from the first president, is engraved in our DNA, and in this rapidly changing era each employee enjoys and agilely responds to change without being bound by conventional thinking and co-creates a new culture that will allow Fuji Chemical Industrial to adapt and continue to grow.
