Our strength is the ability to customize chemical products like coating agents and adhesives as requested by our clients. Our sales staff will first assess in detail what kind of product you are looking for by inquiring about its purpose, its desired properties as well as their level. We will then recommend a certain product after identifying the optimal specifications in cooperation with engineers. Finally, we will test the products at F-Lab in your presence. The area in which we can really show our skills is consulting with clients about concerns like "We want to coat only a limited area" or "Can we apply the coating agent to special shapes?" Rather than simply suggesting products, we solve clients’ problems by responding in a flexible way, for example by improving coating methods and production lines. Additionally, we compare materials based on know-how and data collected over the years, and we present the pros and cons and past track record of every solution to our clients in easy-to-understand terms. We value having the customer understood "why something is the best" in order to choose it convincingly.

Even so, I must admit I was surprised when I was told by a client: "I want to buy a new one to replace the one I have been using for the past 20 years." Their durability, together with their contribution to increasing work efficiency, has attracted attention from the automobile industry, and their use as jigs for long-term storing of maintenance parts and for assembling parts is increasing, with their scope of application expanding even further.

As a fabless manufacturer, we are familiar with a wide range of materials including resins. We make proposals and develop new products based on the large number of data we have collected. Therefore, the most important thing for us is sharing information with our clients. Our business department is variously active in processing orders, preparing samples and responding to clients in case of problems. As a jack-of-all-trades company, we are always observing conditions in and outside the company to enable smooth transactions.
